I like the look of the shoe even if it's different than the style I'm used to. Unfortunately I can't wear them. Here are my observations: (1) There are almost no deposits. Walking in them is like walking in socks on hard ground - no support or cushioning. (2) poor or no bow support. Combined with minimal shock absorption, this is quite uncomfortable (3) Outer material is hard and cuts into feet or ankles (4) You're the wrong size. I usually wear men's size 9.5 wide or 10 medium. It's actually a bit small. I usually wear a 9 1/2 so I ordered 10. Still runs small. The shoes look good and are well made. I have a slightly high instep so getting them on can be a bit of a hassle. Also a little tight in terms of toe room. They can stretch a bit but for now I will only wear them for short periods to see as long term wear can be too uncomfortable. All this without socks, because it's summer. I'm not sure I'll even be able to wear them once I start wearing socks again.

Overall I find the interesting and high quality shoes. It took me almost a shoehorn to put them on, which made me feel a bit like an elderly gentleman. My work is a business casual shoe that goes with this shoe. Fabric/material on the outside, leather on the inside. There is good padding and support. The soles are a bit thick and textured which means they are good for wet or slippery areas. My big criticism is that they are narrow. My feet are rather wide than narrow, but I don't usually have a problem with size 11 shoes. These are very tight. If you have narrow (or narrower) feet this is a great find.
