I give one star! The color is so beautiful! The rest of the chair was negative, hard and so uncomfortable! The fabric is rough and scratchy! I returned the chair the next day! No ottoman, not worth the price! Very disappointed!

Our chair came without a swivel base. Overall I think the chair is of decent quality but the fabric looks very dated. Shame as the overall shape and style of the chair is great. We decided to return.

Overall I love this chair and want to continue to love it. The only complaint I have is that after a month of use the stand cylinder started to wobble a bit and I wish the chair was a little taller. I'm 6ft 2in and the lumbar support and headrest don't quite match my comfort level. One recommendation I can give the seller is a cheaper combination of chair and ottoman. Otherwise it was a really good buy.

This is a very good chair. Well built and striking. It is so defiantly made to lie down. Even in the most upright position you'll recline, so it's not a good work chair. But lying down is very comfortable. I found the further back, the more comfortable it gets! It was very squeaky when it arrived but a quick spray of WD40 fixed that.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this chair but it is a very nice chair and very comfortable to recline on. It's very durable and surprisingly heavy for its price. I wish it came with bow covers and one for the headrest as I'm concerned they might need cleaning one day and I'm not sure how that would work. The only downside is that it's made in China where quality control is questionable. Ours came with an open pack of Chinese cigarettes so someone was smoking when they packed it…

Our chair arrived well (but not disappointingly) packaged. We also received a matching stool. We dared and it was a positive experience. The chair and ottoman were easy to complete (just attached them to the bases) with no loose, fragile parts. The chair reclines in the style of a chaise longue. They are well made, heavy, with no outgassing issues. I am very happy. So I have a hard time as I really like the chair and the ottoman also looked very nice. The chair matches my mid-century decor perfectly and is very comfortable with lots of nice adjustable features. However, within a few weeks of owning the ottoman, it broke away from the base. The ottoman has been used very little, maybe only 3-4 times in a couple of weeks. I love these chairs! I bought two for my living room (which is still painting and finishing Renault). I left the black rubber that comes with them on the legs to protect the hardwood floors, but it's a soft brushed brass/bronze for the legs with a hard amber rubber on the bottom.
