Bad product. I bought two fans for the outside patio, they don't drive air. The blades are flat and even on the highest settings it was pretty much useless. A month later, one of them stopped working together.!

The main outer packaging arrived packaged looking new but once opened it was clearly used/repackaged. It's got drywall dust on it, the wires are re-stitched, the light panel is in a Ziploc sandwich bag. That can only be frustrating.

I like the looks and the metal blades but the instructions were very lacking. I knew I was taking a risk with such a low price, but I was still pretty tight. It is EXTREMELY difficult to correct a large oscillation in a fan. My advice: choose reliable brands and pay a little more.

is literally the worst I've ever bought from Revain. zero stars. From unclear instructions, hardware that doesn't fit in the case, to bubble paint, this is a terrible product. Revain isn't supposed to put their name on the product - and they don't because there's no brand name on the box or in the instructions. This is a great example of how you get what you pay for - and this thing is cheap because it sucks.

I was going to give this fan 1 star but give this ceiling fan 2 stars because it looks good but it came with scratched paint (I bought it new) and it is absolutely horrible to install. The instructions were vague, the parts weren't as pictured, and the remote battery must be in a base that connects to the ceiling, which it doesn't fit. We tried hiding the remote in the ceiling, but that was more work than it was worth.

I like the look of this fan. So much so that I bought another one to have two identical fans in my living room. It has a unique design and shape and looks very stylish and modern. Ordered 2 matte black ceiling fans. When I received them, one was black and the other nickel silver. I called, they sent a replacement but they sent back the wrong one. I got a replacement and it was nickel color again! Called a second time to ask for a replacement again to make sure they sent me a black one this time.
