I love the essentials on ebay - they are always cheaper but offer the same feel as Columbia in my opinion. Bright red, easy to clean.

My son likes this jacket best of all the jackets we have for school. It's warm but not too tight around the arms. The zipper is strong, there is a hood! There is also a small scratch which is nice. When the time comes I will buy the next size up.

I've been buying these ebay essential fleece jackets for my kids for a few years now and have saved a TON by not getting a big name brand. They are EXACTLY the same as Columbia and my son likes them better. He went through growth spurts and spent $10 (I keep track of sales) and it was worth every penny. He wears them all year round.

This boys sweatshirt is soft and comfortable. The sizing seems a bit small so if you want a sweatshirt that is a little baggy or oversized and can be worn over other clothing I would recommend going up a size. It's nice, warm and perfect for cold weather.

Bought as I was looking for a lightweight hooded fleece to replace a treasured handmade piece that a 4 year old had outgrown. The red color looked much better in person than online. The construction seems solid and the sizing and fit are great - maybe a little big but I'm happy with them as they're growing so quickly.

Was a lovely sweater, my 9 year old is a bit big for his age so I ordered his normal size XL (14-16) but when I received it the XL (12) was a bit small for my child. The sizes in this sweater are not like other sweaters I could change to XXL but I think it would be too big. Well, it's still a good sweater to keep your baby warm.

This is a thin material. The good thing is that there is extra material in the neck area of the zipper so it rips wide enough to cover the neck. This is a rare bonus for a cheap sweatshirt. The hood is also small and fits snugly on the head. I usually wear men's size small. This XXL boy size fits me, but is slightly smaller than the men's size. I paid about $13. It doesn't cost more.
