Good quality. Does the job

Live in Florida where there is a lot of SUN. This is the second car I have bought for my son. We got one that looked like space stuff because I thought it would last longer. I had to admit I was wrong. This stays in place, stays safe in our tropical winds, protects the car and keeps it looking good! Fits my son's older Saturn (2008).

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

You get what you pay for

I shouldn't have saved 30 euros and should have bought a more sophisticated car cover. This case is very thin and light, I wonder where all those layers are, and the soft interior is not soft at all. Also, it doesn't take much time to break it. Compared to the cover I bought for $65 a year ago, this one is inferior in every way. Don't let the Revainbasics label fool you. Often that means decent quality, but that's not the case with this car cover.

Excellent quality, easy installation.

Very happy with this car cover. I bought two hoping this one would work. It arrived in a sturdy box in a drawstring pouch to store the lid and sealed packaging. It was easy to use and install, and most importantly, it fit. I use it on a 1970 Impala hardtop so mostly for boat storage. It also has grommets to better protect the lid from movement. How weatherproof it is I'm not sure as we've only just used it and it's still in the summer. The time will show. First impression - five stars.

Good value but consider the next size up

Had to replace 2 year old fabric car cover ASAP. Little tears all over my back where the afternoon sun was beating down. I prefer fabric sleeves with stretchy corners - they're easy to put on and take off and are fairly wind resistant. I did it and it fits my small car like a glove. -- 10 months later: Fist-sized tear, so I downgraded my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Whatever the weather, let the cover be anyway.

Output Size: Car Covers

Length and Width Output Size. The length does not allow to fill the cover under the extreme bumper. As a result, the car is not completely covered and the cover is more easily pulled off by the wind. Ditto for the width, with the all-important string under the car chafing the paint. Buy one size larger. Revane said the suitcase would fit in a midsize car like a Toyota Camry. As mentioned, the lid was too small and didn't provide the protection it was purchased for. Aside from the size, the case

Fit and quality seems good - order a size up

Bought for my Mercedes CLA and was happy I read other reviews that said I should go a size up order. I ordered the size "Limousine Large", although the size "Small" fits my CLA. The additional material means that the lid covers both the front and rear bumpers and reaches almost to the ground on the sides. The lid has rubber bands at the corners to hold the bumpers in place, which, in combination with the included rope, should also make it stable outdoors. Just using it indoors and it seems good

Good Value Covers

I wanted to buy car covers for my 1972 Cutlass coupe and convertible. I got the Large Revain Basics car cover because the description said it fits cars up to 204. "It looked much better quality than the previous ones I tried. The fit was very tight. First photo of this car. I received an XL Revain Basics car cover for another car as the description said it was up to 216". This one is larger in all dimensions: height, length and width. , all around a bit loose. It's in the second picture. Side…

Nice inexpensive car cover

I have bought many car covers over the years and this one is good. It fits my 1998 Lexus LS400 perfectly. It just doesn't fit in the center of the front and rear bumpers, but the next size up is too big (tried size XL and had to send it back). I use clips on all four corners of all my car covers and route the bungee cord under the car to the grommets located on each side of the cover. I don't know how long it will be, hopefully a year or so. The previous cover I had was a cheap $25 version from

Two important parts are missing

Lid is ok. It looks like good enough stuff and should do the job. However, there are only 2 cord eyelets holding the lid in place. They are parallel along each side. 4 grommets are needed (if your car is outside and there are gusts of wind). The package should also include rubber cords to connect the eyelets. Here is my experience: I covered my Camry with a cover. Fits well, easy to make. So far, so good. Luckily I had some elastic strings I could clip together to hold the lid. However, later…
