AmazonBasics DS1764 Broom Dustpan Set Review

The pieces are supposed to fit together and then you push them together to take them apart. Well the clips are stuck and I can't tell. The intention to return was badly done.

It's functional and very light so it doesn't feel bulky when sweeping the floor. Although it looks like a child's toy. Assembly was easy but something was wrong, I couldn't align my broom and dustpan like in the picture.

I have two young children, one is three years old, the other is one year old. Both like to feed the floor lol. So this product saved my life. I was pleasantly surprised by this broom which my husband accidentally bought while trying to buy a new full size broom for our home. I liked the nest idea, but this broom is very light and you can't get much leverage other than a little dust or ash... not at all for a thorough cleaning. The hollow aluminum bar is too light and the nested set is poorly balanced, making it very easy to topple over when trying to nest or simply putting it in a corner. It's also not a broom for tall people (I'm only 5ft 4", which is good enough for me, but a taller person might get frustrated. Also, the sweeping fibers are very short, about 3"…
