For some reason the level in this bracket is not correct. We used the built in spirit level and when we set the TV up it wasn't really level. I'm not even sure how that's possible, so double check the installation with another level, fixing it to the wall. Otherwise it was easy to install and holds the TV with no problems. . This is a poor design for a tilted wall mount. Each mount that supports the TV has a knob that you can use to adjust it. But when the TV is upright, it's almost impossible to reach by hand and you'll need a long-headed screwdriver (an extra 16 inches for a 55-inch TV). I'm deducting 2 stars for the following reasons: Compared to previous mounts that I bought, this is by no means "heavy duty". The metal bends slightly under load.
