This duvet is not only beautiful, but also wonderfully warm! It's the perfect size for my king bed, big enough to hang freely on each side and tuck into the foot of the bed.

Has a strong chemical odor like diesel exhaust. I thought about washing it but it's too big for my car. He also left fluff on everything he came in contact with.

This blanket is very soft. Got it 40% off on Black Friday (I think) and I couldn't be happier. The comfort is comparable to the sherpa duvets you find in stores. The colored side (the non-Sherpa side) feels softer than previous blankets I've had. When you first take the duvet out of the packaging, it smells like plastic. I just tossed mine straight into the wash and it got rid of the smell.

I loved this comforter so much but after a few weeks the Sherpa started to slip and knot. I decided it needed to be washed although I feared this would ruin the product. I followed all care instructions - machine wash on gentle cycle, 30 degrees Celsius / 80 Fahrenheit. I also air dried. Big mistake. When I opened the packaging I thought maybe it was a mistake as I received the wrong product. I had to take the packaging twice and check it to make sure it wasn't another expensive item that was accidentally sent to me.
