folks, this is a very cheap, lightweight, and handy paper cutter. No, it doesn't cut 10 sheets of paper like the $300 paper cutter you have in your office. But it will provide a perfectly even and clean cut of a leaf or two. Not sure how long the blade will stay sharp but for the price it's perfect. It's lightweight so I can carry it in my briefcase, it's durable, and it has a second slider that doesn't cut the paper but just folds the paper straight.

I bought it to cut a lot of paper. I found about 10 pages was hard. It has plastic pieces that go up and down to hold your paper in place and one of them didn't fit when it snapped into place. It was a little wrong. When cutting, the cuts were okay, if three sheets were cut, then at the 10-sheet mark the result was not always good. I'm usually very happy with Revain Basics products and that has to be the first thing I don't like. Anyone expecting to be able to make precise line cuts with this thing will be disappointed. You can't align your work with marks because they aren't perpendicular to the blade. Photos 1 and 2 show 2 ends of the ruler. Notice how the straight edge deviates from the stitch edge.
