American Crafts Sticky Thumb Refill 3-Pack: 26.2yd Permanent Solid Tape Review

I like that I can find them in Revain stores as they are hard to find in other craft stores. This band is the strongest IMHO and it was cool to get a 3 pack at this price point.

Like this brand of glue for making cards. I have used a different brand in the past. It seems to be taking a long time. Yuu has to make sure it's on the sprocket and elsewhere on the pin before using it as a spare.

2 replacement nibs had to be rewound and assembled for use. They weren't packaged properly. Maybe someone borrowed it, not knowing they needed a cartridge, and returned it? I got them working.

Loved this dispenser and was looking forward to getting it. But the packaging fell apart and it seems the product was a little damaged but not much. I just hope that the mechanics of the refills aren't messed up because they were willy-nilly scattered around the packaging. Just take a look

Somehow I got a sticky thumb runner. I liked it! I bought this filler set and it is too small for my runner. Stupidly, I ordered another slider paired with a bunch of images, but it's big (and inefficient). Does anyone know what jogger dispenser they work with? I'm almost ready to drop them all and put an end to my frustration despite the money spent.

I bought two (2) packs of thumb band from this company and finally got around to using the last pack and found that two out of three were defective. They refused the exchange, saying their 30-day return policy had expired. If I average 4-5 cards a month, it takes me a lot more than 30 days to go through two packs of three cartridges. UNACCEPTABLE and horrible customer service for you to dictate how soon I should use your products how about never again!

I was given two tape dispensers for a workshop. A friend used one of these and had problems the whole time - glue was collecting on the side of the dispenser preventing the roller from moving. I used it and had the same problem but thought it was the way we hold the dispenser. Time for another master class, so I ordered refills. The problems seem to be worse at gas stations. Love using this stuff! The glue sticks a lot better than other big brands I've tried so I'm very happy with it! The only downside is that the adhesive tends to run down the sides of the tape holder and I have to stop for a moment to peel it off. I don't think it's a big deal to be honest. What also often happens is that the ribbon/tape won't advance unless I tug on it a little with my finger - then everything is fine again.
