I really wanted to like it. My dachshund has back problems and needs a "low entry" bed, which is available. Add a rubber backing and you get three stars. Otherwise the bed isn't really a "cuddly toy". The "mattress" is so thin that Toby might as well be lying on the floor. I was so disappointed. I had to add a folded blanket to make it thicker and more comfortable for him. Needless to say, I'm sending it back. The mattress is just too thin.

A gave this to my French guy for Christmas and 5 minutes after using it he put it in his mouth to fold it and the whole bottom ripped open.
