The glass is too tight on the frame

I ordered three pieces. The frames have double glass between which you place your photo. The glass fitted one of the frames perfectly: it came out of the frame easily and didn't dangle in it. However, the other two had glass too tight in the frame. I had to work very hard to get the rear window out and on one occasion I couldn't - the rear window broke. On the last frame I managed to remove and reinstall the glass, but I spent 15 minutes sanding the two inside corners of the frame. However…

Very good product for the money

My wife decided to have a symmetrical gallery of family photos on the wall so we needed 20 identical frames. Similar Floating Frames from other sources range from $25 to $35. Those plain black frames were a lot cheaper, and when you buy 20, the cost goes up fast. While they weren't of the highest quality or as detailed as some of the more expensive options (bevels, etc.), they were more than adequate for our use and looked nice on the wall. It was important to us that the factory-fitted…

poorly made 8x10: Document Frame

When I opened the box, dust and particles flew everywhere making a mess. The frame was covered in dust and needed a thorough cleaning. The glass was chipped at the edges, which isn't too bad since you can't see it hanging. The glass and the back wood rectangle that holds it in place were too small for the frame so it moves making it difficult to center the photo and you can see the back uneven wood through the glass, which doesn't look good. previously purchased larger frames of this type from…

Glass stuck / unusable

Beautiful! If not glued. I ordered 6 of these and had to return 4 of them. The other two, the black glass, popped out allowing me to place the print etc. The other four are mostly glued on though? I've tried gently pushing, pulling, shaking, everything and they are completely stuck. Finally I asked my darling and he broke the glass. I'm thankful he wasn't hurt but it's still frustrating, I just want what I ordered to work! I wanted my frames to match my wall so I'll probably keep trading until…

Good frames for such a price

There are no problems with the packaging, nothing is broken. They even sat at my house (in the original packaging) for several months before I opened them. There were a few small dents and scratches on the wood, very minor but nothing that a small black marker couldn't fix. and patted him on the back. Yes, the photo is glued to the rear window and will not peel off. Be ready to cover it up with your own photo. I wore plastic gloves when working with the glass to avoid fingerprints, but a few…

Good idea, looks great, only partially reversible

Really cool frame that is decently finished and will look great on your wall. If you look really closely you can see the stitching on the frame, but that doesn't bother me. I was curious how levitation and levitation works and now it all makes sense, albeit a little less flexible than I was hoping. It's essentially a frame within a frame - there's an inner frame in which you insert a picture between two panes of glass and mount it in the outer frame. Then hang the outer frame. If you want to…

good framework. The stock photo is inserted aggressively.

This is a nice frame and decent quality but I got a little frustrated after deleting the photo and installing my own. I've dabbled with floating frames before, and I really like the idea of your wall being the 'mat' of the photo. However, the standard photo that comes with the frame is glued to the rearmost glass. And it is not so easily removable semi-adhesive glue. This material is an INCREDIBLY aggressive, hard, sticky adhesive. I had to rip out the (literally) stock photo and scrape 2 spots
