This hair straightener is fine. Smooths hair well, hair is soft, but there are many flaws. It keeps making a buzzing noise and hasn't gone away since I've been using it. It also seems to me that it rips the ends of my hair and it takes several passes to straighten them. I used to have the Babybliss Pro Nano Titanium straightener and it was much better.

Only temperature control in the range of 20°. I have always preferred 400° for the best results on my relatively thick and coarse hair. Now I have to choose between 390 or 410. I don't understand how anyone can make an iron that doesn't provide a specific temperature for individual customer needs.

Too much for such an expensive product, doesn't seem to be of good quality. It was scratched on the sides of the plate, it also said it was titanium and the box said it was ceramic with tourmaline. I didn't have a rubber boot, it should say so on the back of the box.
