Good. But get extra tapes.

Excellent assembly. It would have been 5 stars if one of the o-rings hadn't broken while the car was parked. I place them about 4.5 inches apart on the outside edges. The distance between them I would not recommend exceeding 2.5 inches. And if you're wondering if they will fit over your Rx8 side markers, they did it for me.

Saved me a lot of money

Love it, they definitely helped. Installation was easy but ok, they are a bit loose but I'm sure I can always tighten them if I have the right tools. Also, one of the strips broke and I noticed the other ripped as well, but that's to be expected when you live in the desert. Overall I really liked them and I'll take a second pair.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • A few bugs

They look great, but I wouldn't trust rubber bands.

You really have to be careful with these things, there is a middle ground between too loose and too much tension. If you put them too far apart, the elastic will just rip completely. The rubber on the driver's side ripped a little after about a day. If you just look at looks, they look great.
