Once used and washed, they are no longer square, making folding awkward. They got dirty and wrinkled badly even after pre-staining before washing. Before washing, they looked great on my desk.

These are comfortable cotton napkins suitable for everyday use. I wash with cold water and lie down to dry. "Hand iron" while drying to avoid creasing and shrinkage. As with cotton, they are not perfectly square and wrinkles can be reduced with a hot iron. I like the look of real cotton, not polyester. personal preference.

Good wipes but when dried (per label directions) they warp. One side shrinks while the other keeps the correct size. This is how you get crooked napkins after the first use. In general, plan on using them once and then throwing them away. I had to do this after our Thanksgiving dinner, unfortunately because of the laundry.

I bought them in August 2020. I use them every day. Disappointed with the stain resistance, no, they will hold any "greasy" stain. Tried everything to get salad dressing. And they are definitely not wrinkle free. The edges where there are seams are folded over, making it difficult to fold. Switch to a more expensive brand. Sad.

As a result, they took a second set to match the color. Although the washing instructions say to wash in cold water, I washed in warm water and have no complaints. Being 100% cotton, they wrinkle, but we were ready to give them a quick iron.

They came in very handy to us when we couldn't find paper towels anywhere. They wash well, but I wouldn't dare say they're a true replacement for paper towels. If you need something to cover your microwave meal or wet the corner of your mouth after a sloppy joe, then great, perfect even. But if you just spilled milk on the counter then maybe get something else or grab a few because they are NOT THAT absorbent.
