Works well. The only downside is that the temperature is adjusted with buttons instead of a dial or slider. I touch buttons and change temperature settings every time I use it. It's extremely frustrating and a waste of time to keep tweaking it.

This is the best tool to create soft curls quickly and easily. If you just want a little volume and soft curls, this tool will give you just that. It heats up quickly and is very comfortable to use. Tourmaline makes hair soft and shiny without damaging it. I like my new instrument. The only thing it's missing is a lanyard to attach it to if you want to store it. Thank you!

I struggled with a curling iron for years before I found this one! My hair is very fine and thin, most curls fall out within an hour but this one lasted all day. I like the temperature control as my hair is color treated and prone to breakage. I love that I can use the low temperature setting with it. A protective cover is also useful when travelling.

I spent the extra money thinking it meant a better product. I've used it ONCE - used it today and it won't work. Once! But of course the return period expired 3 days ago. That is not right. Too expensive. Low quality.
