Bought as a replacement for the normal brush set.

Purchased to replace the standard set of brushes on my Roombas. They are well built and feature oversized, redesigned end caps that help prevent threading on bearings and axles. This is very helpful as most of the work you will see when owning a Roomba is maintaining and cleaning the brushes as well as removing accumulated filament from all of the wheels and spinners. The rest of the kit fits.

Buyers beware - you may have bought this before - but it happens - TOTAL FAILURE!

Everything a little wrong in size: - filter - fits well - three-armed brush - does not sit on the mechanism - unsuitable for use - bristle brush - bristles are too long and hit the squeegee when installed. It reads like a stuck object when the vacuum is turned on, and you also hear them sticking together. Complete FAIL. Maybe I could get around it if I tried it by hand with a bristle brush - I just spent $20 on something that has more than half the detail a total FAIL. I've bought this set…

EPIC MISTAKE! - Nozzles and brushes

total failure. And I mean EPIC! Three branch side brushes hang from each corner of the mat, string and whatever else you can find. Every time I dealt with an issue, I barely looked away before it crashed again. I spent half a day pulling my Roomba out from under sofas and beds (which is why I bought the Roomba in the first place so I don't have to!). The filters are so tight that it is almost necessary to break the dust collector housing to remove them. I thought at least the brushes were good…

Similar to manufacturer parts

I have a Roomba model 780. I have not noticed any significant difference in these parts compared to those that originally came with my Roomba. There were no problems with replacing filters and brushes. The size/feel/quality of the brush seems identical to the original and I didn't notice that the bristle brush and whisk brush were too close together as I've seen in some other reviews. Ever since I replaced the worn out brushes with these, Roomba seems to pick up pet hair and dirt much better…
