Everything was great apart from the lack of assembly instructions. Not a big deal as I found similar instructions for a pressure gauge on You Tube but they really should have their own specific instructions as some people may not have internet access.

Without instructions, but from experience. When the battery is fully charged, the arrow will point directly past the green solid line into the white charged area. Drive it in circles until the arrow is about 1/3 of the bottom of the green area, it's time to charge.
