🏺 White Ceramic Canister Set with Clamped Lid, Wooden Spoon – Anchor Hocking, Set of 4, Mixed Sizes Review

They are great but have a few flaws. In my set, the metal clip and the holder for it are not the same for everyone. I wanted them to line up perfectly but I can't. Second, the included spoons do more harm than good. They get stuck every time you close the canisters so all I had to do was toss them in the drawer and finally the second biggest defect is the rubber ring. don't stay I had to reattach it with super glue. Otherwise they are fine.

I received this set to complement my old well used and much loved set. The tins themselves are sturdy and well made and look like they will last for many years. However, the new set has a design flaw. The spoon loop on the side of my old set is about 3/4" below the metal band and allows the spoon head to be held under the lid. Spoon each time to interfere with the lid closing, and so on for all four new ones glasses.

That's good, but one of the buckets crumples up pretty quickly. I read the dimensions and was hoping it would be big enough for what I wanted to use to store flour, sugar and coffee, but even the largest is too small to use for storing flour. It only holds about 2 cups and is too narrow to scoop out in large batches without spilling flour everywhere. This would be fine for people who want to use it to store small kitchen items like sugar and maybe nuts or whatever, but I wouldn't recommend…

The rubber band under the lid sticks out when closed, every time I open the tin it falls off and when I try to put it back on the lid to put or glue it just falls off, it seems that it is not mine, I tried to close the lid without a rubber but there would be a gap between the lid and the canister, which would cause it to leak. Also the metal of the clip has started to rust over the spoon canisters which I can't even use because the wood carving is unprofessional and not smooth which causes food

So I have to take away some of the good things I put into this set. The sizing comment is correct BUT - the clasps are loose again and one of the gaskets is not holding in place. Also the spoons - I threw them away as they are nondescript and quite chunky and don't actually measure anything (wish I had had them as I suspect I can't return them).
