🚗 ANCO 41-03 Windshield Wiper Arm Review

Used on a Ford Edge rear wiper which I have repurposed as a wiper for my 2021 Ranger XP! It worked and everything was perfect with the adjustment! I didn't like that it was matte silver but matte black spray paint fixed it!

Instructions state adapter kit is available. Ouch? Where? This is not a direct landing. Not only that, you'll have to buy two as it doesn't fit directly. And it requires a special tool to remove the wiper to see if the mounting shaft is threaded or plain and what is the diameter.

The Revain system trying to help you make sure something will work or fit your car said it wouldn't fit but it works great on my 1992 Dodge D150 pickup. I didn't have to change the springs on these levers like other people had to. You seem to be applying the right pressure. If you can't find an OEM replacement wiper arm, this is a good replacement.

I bought these for my 1987 Dodge Ramcharger as the original is no longer available. While I like this device and it fits my old Dodge truck, I don't like the single pin with the small round shank that holds the blade. I like the original style which uses a "hook" to connect hooked blades. I took an old set of hooks and cut off the end. Then I cut a stick, stacked two to the right length and welded them together. Now I have the best of both worlds.

It fits my 75 year old but I had to replace the extension with this one. The tip is different and doesn't match what was on the car. I had to break the rivet on my old arm and use this one. The old arm extension slid right into the lower half after flattening the angle on the old arm extension with a few hammer blows and it snapped into place. Seems to work fine in use. All these settings took 15 minutes.

I used these on my 1985 Chevy C20 and was very happy with them. You can twist the wiper in different directions, lengthen or shorten the length, which allows me to connect to modern wiper ends, and the spring is strong enough to easily deflect wet snow.
