Almost identical to OEM straps

As you can see from the pictures (red=ANCOOL, black=OEM), 1) ANCOOL straps are slightly shorter than OEM, 2) ANCOOL straps are smooth while OEM have tiny bulges , 3) the ANCOOL buckle is slightly grayer than black, and 4) the clips that attach the strap to the watch have a different clasp but work the same way. The strap material feels the same. Not a bad option if you're looking for a different color to complement your watch.

Good bracelet but cheap metal clasp.

The strap is very similar to the original strap. It's a bit shorter, has a slightly different texture, and the clasp is a slightly different shape. I had no trouble attaching the strap to the watch and everything looks very secure. Overall, most people probably won't notice a difference. However, if your skin is sensitive to metals like mine, the clasp will most likely cause a rash with a lot of sweat. The clasp on the original Garmin strap didn't do that to my skin. Excellent customer service. Not as strong as the original strap but will last a while.

I love the look and compatibility of this watch strap but the rubber lugs that came loose on the above Garmin band only took 5 weeks to come loose from this band and of course you did only up to 4 weeks to bring it back at the premiere so I'm stuck with it now. Definitely not the higher end staying power of the original, but it looks good and will probably last a long time on the average Joe, which I'm not. I'm an athlete and I travel a lot so I guess you would say I'm picky when it comes to…
