💡 Ancor 529371 Halogen Light Bulb (G-4, 12V, 20W, 1.67A, Pack of 2) Review

I received this to replace a bulb on a wall lamp on a boat that I made in a passport, this product is not marked. The package is labeled 20 watts, but that's 10 watts of lighting. Very disappointed.

Hi folks! WARNING: The bulb shown in the photo is NOT the style of this bulb. If you use this photo as a guide to buying the right lightbulb, as I did, you will end up with the wrong lightbulb for your purpose. This lamp has a solid base, similar to a flashlight. After buying this "wrong" lamp, I searched and ordered "Ancor 529369" on Revain.com -> it WAS the right lamp. (for my halogen table lamp) Hooray! Jeff

I had reservations about ordering as I read another comment that I received a different bulb than the one pictured. So I looked around, found the manufacturer's product catalogue, and decided this really must be the right lamp for me (I needed a two-pin model). I needed 20w as this product is listed and how it arrived but the picture shows a similar 5w bulb. Anyway, everything is fine here. I had an issue where one of my two packs only had one bulb, but Revain is in the process of replacing it.
