Hello, I'm not sure who this email is sent to. But this is the first time I've seen that in new shoes. My son wore it for two hours ONLY to basketball practice and as you can see from the photo the entire front was scratched. The problem is that the shoes are now in Israel and not in the US. My oldest son brought it home from Indiana over the Christmas break. I have always bought AND1 shoes for my children and have never experienced anything like this. Please inform. Many Thanks.

These shoes definitely impressed our son. He was very excited to have fun with them and couldn't wait to take them to school. They offer great support, but as these are high-top shoes, getting them on and off can be a challenge for a 7-year-old. If you have the budget, I would suggest buying a second pair of shoes that your child can quickly slip into in an emergency; Otherwise, these pads will remain on the child's feet throughout the house to avoid removing/putting them on.
