**FIRE HAZARD** best in USB hubs

**WARNING** I purchased this item and was initially very happy with it. However, it didn't take long to realize that this product sometimes gets EXTREMELY HOT during normal operation. So hot the hull melted from the heat. This particular item is FLAMMABLE and literally burned my wife's hand as she lay on the couch with her charger. Pretty good design, a bit tricky to work with (updated Feb 2017)

Pros:* Small* Works with both powered and unpowered (probably - I've read that mostly, not tested unpowered myself )* It's nice that it uses micro USB for power supply and its power bank can be used as a USB charger. USB-C port charging with too much current with 12 " MacBook

I travel for a living and wanted a charger to plug into a hotel room and cable to charge for could have all my devices ready to use. Causes input spikes and mouse lag on my computer (updated)

I have the version "Anker Ultra Slim 4-Port USB 3.0 Data Hub with 10W Power Adapter / USB Wall Charger Included" for use with a Macbook Pro 15 ( model The end of 2013).
