Excellent quality and value for money

Instructions are easy to follow. It's nice to have a small chip cleaning cloth in case you accidentally touch the chip. Clearly printed. This is a very pleasant purchase, I will buy them again. I recommend it

I never managed to print. It just keeps telling me that the ink cartridge has failed! I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps in the user manual. Is there anything else I can do? I sent messages to AnkInk on August 16th, but haven't received a response yet.
