I love these pans but the 8.5 inch pan was scratched upon delivery and I received no response from the company for a replacement. This is my third time ordering these pans and each time I have had issues with that particular pan. Otherwise these pans are great!

Very good pot and pan set, but unfortunately 2 pans were dented. A dent was quite large. Upon opening the box for the first time, it was revealed that the pots and pans may have been repackaged as they were not organized in their packaging as a new product should arrive. The description said they were new and unused but it looks like the set I received was some kind of return. Disappointed with the amount paid compared to the received. If it wasn't crumpled I would have given 5 stars.

Very good set but the first time I washed it I was very upset to find my 10" pan was slightly warped. The lid still closes properly, even though the set is on sale. It's still a $400 set, expect better quality control. Also, the box wasn't even damaged. I would return it but I foolishly threw away the box. Apart from the curved pan, the set is very well made. The heavy bottoms keep the heat even, and in a few weeks they were up to anything I threw at them. Perhaps a few more pieces from this…

I've been using Anolon for years and I love it. So when I needed a new set I went with this mixed metal set which gives me the versatility I need. Unfortunately when the product arrived it turned out that the packaging had been done incorrectly by Anolon as half of the harness was dented which was very disappointing. I decided to keep the set anyway as shipping from my area is too hassle, but I am very disappointed. Also, the 8-inch pan has a slight bulge on the flat part of the pan that…
