Easy to manage call center staff assignment and categorization

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator of our contact centers in order make changes or add new agents into specific departments/categories etc., without having any previous training! The best part about this software are all its features which makes my job easier than ever before since i am able use some automation scripts too (which saves time). It's not free but still worth every penny if u have more then 5-10 employees working together with their respective managers / supervisors…
