This is a great alternative to the standard antennas that come with typical Baofeng radios. They are flexible and don't affect transmission or reception too much. Great buy like this kit.

They are small making the walkie talkie easier to carry than the longer antenna that comes with walkie talkies. I've tried small hard ones but we seem to have more static and less range with them. These are the best.

All antennas used by our warehouse staff had the rubber part of the antenna come loose and had to be replaced with other antennas. May be suitable for light use or when the radio is primarily stored on a table.

I use them on the radios my factory workers use. They are smaller and more flexible, making them much more versatile in movement and tilt. Before that, rigid long antennas always broke. I couldn't tell a difference in the call quality.
