But serves its purpose.

This antenna fits XMSnap! Receiver is great. It's smaller than the OEM (I have two) so may be why it's not as well received as the other two. Now, to be honest, I use all three of my antennas in the car. I put them on the dash so I don't have to worry about frayed or pinched wires. Since all my cars have a dash mat (necessary here in Texas) the wires are not visible and the install looks "clean". This antenna is only about 2/3 the size of OEM antennas and I sometimes get signal drops in areas…

Should be standard on XM Snap Radio

I don't know who packed the snap with such a short antenna wire. What an idiot. With about 50 cents more wire, this 20 foot cable makes a lot more sense. I removed the 11 foot antenna that came with a latch. It's also from Belkin, so functionally it's a perfect fit. The longer cable allowed the truck deck installation with cables routed under the carpets and up to the console of my Mazda 3. Nice job with a few feet of headroom (rolled up and tucked under the console, of course). If you've never

Correct device

My receiver informed me that my antenna is no longer connected. I bought a Sirius XM 5V PowerConnect car adapter and antenna at the same time because the power cord actually broke a few days after I got the alert on the receiver. As my original antenna was used (and neglected) for several years and the weather, zip doors etc also replaced the antenna. (For the record, I'm keeping the spare antenna since it wasn't scrapped entirely as a backup.) The antenna does exactly what I need it to do. To…

Just what I needed

I'm probably one of the few people who still have a satellite radio on the dash in their car. It's been moved and reinstalled in various places on my car over the years - and certainly none of them have been attractive. Each time the glue gave way, the wires pulled, they would start fraying and eventually stop working altogether. This is exactly what I needed - my husband removed all the old wiring and antenna and re-routed everything. He just replaced it with a new antenna and I swear I'm…

Pros

Cons
  • Slightly torn

I use this with XM home cradle (for Pioneer Inno), not with a special car (other is used with XM cars stand). This enables quick and inexpensive temporary installation on different vehicles. It works great just by putting it on the dash - it doesn't have to be on the roof, at least not in the parts of the continental US I travel to. Inno usually shows 3 bars when receiving, sometimes 4, and I only get shortcuts in very narrow canyons or other dark areas. Occasional momentary stoppage when…
