Made as advertised. Low profile. Easy installation. The radio sounds great.

Pleasantly surprised. I checked my radio signal for my 2016 Ram 1500 without an antenna and lost two of my favorite stations but left many local stations with poor sound quality. When I installed the 6 3/4 antenna I didn't just restore all the stations. , but the sound clarity has improved. Not what I expected. For me, the antenna outperformed my stick antenna. I live 30 minutes from Minneapolis. I have not yet traveled to the country with this antenna. I bought this antenna to get rid of theโ€ฆ

For 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie

Given some of the negative reviews about it not getting a signal compared to the stock whip antenna, I figured worst case scenario I'd just return it as non-working. In a few minutes I took off the "whip" and put on this shorter one. There is no noticeable signal drop. I live in the mountains where losing my cell phone signal is just a way of life, but my car radio still sounds loud and clear. No fall. There is no "fuzzy" reception. It looks great and works great. I haven't put it through a car

Great upgrade or replacement OEM

15" wire wound spring steel for noise reduction. Black finish, no thin spots. Made in the USA. Installed on a 2017 RAM Laramie. Direct mount with stainless steel threads, no gaskets for added security added a small threaded holder. Why 15" instead of 6"? Basically function is more important than shape. First I tried the rubber 6" antenna and the aluminum 6" version. Transmission and difficulties with HD signals over 40 miles. The little antennae are quite noticeable as they are very unique andโ€ฆ
