So far, so good! This was the first chew spray we've ever tried. Our five month old pup is now in the chewing phase. We have tried EVERY chew preventative on our 11 month old Labrachev (including cayenne pepper) with no success. it was the first to really stop him! This product didn't work for my cat but that doesn't mean it won't work for your cat. It is very bitter and reminds me of grapefruit seed extract. When you spray it (if you have a strong spray) it will become airborne, you will breathe it in and get an idea of what it tastes like because the taste lingers in your throat for a while. . The overall experience with this spray was VERY disappointing. Not only did this NOT stop my dog from chewing, it wasn't a pleasant or easy experience to use either. The spray bottle itself was difficult to use and required BOTH hands to spray. (and I'm a young, healthy adult).
