These bulbs are very bright in the tail light function and very bright in the brake light function. The projector lens enhances the bright red glow that actually illuminates the street signs behind me as I slow down Maine's back roads at night. I used them to replace the standard bulbs in the rear of my 3000GT. Each case uses two bulbs, so that's the perfect amount. So far they've worked great. I ordered these to replace the front turn signal and daytime running lights on my 1996 GMC Yukon. This is real yellow LED bulbs, easy installation. I bought it almost 2 years ago. Two of these were used as headlights on a Kubota backhoe and the other two were installed as rear turn signals on my Jeep Wrangler. The excavator headlight housing had to be modified slightly as these lamps were longer than the original; but other than that they work great.
