Manufacturing defects x 2!

One of the connecting rods to the fuel line was not hollow but blocked by metal. I understand that sometimes there is a manufacturer error so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second time I had the same problem! Unbelievable! Not sure why it's listed as "Revain's Choice". I'm returning the second one and buying it from another seller on Revain. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it if there are no defects.

Worked perfectly best at Spares

I used this to replace a crappy non-adjustable carb that was running dangerously on my gy6 150cc scooter. The stock OEM carburetor was 102 and the Pilotjet was unmarked. I have set the main jet at 110 and the pilot jet at 32 on this new PD24J carburetor, set the idle at 1200 rpm and it works fine. Significantly quieter idle and better throttle response in the lower speed range. The casting quality is good, the threads on the jets and the float chamber are good. Everything inside is like new…

Is this compatible with 150cc scooters?

I bought this carburetor to replace the sealed carburetor that comes with a new 150cc scooter. Box, without even knowing it at first, I ended up riding that involved filling the carb with oil, so I finally found the problem and ordered this carb to replace the now ruined, dirty, oiled carb that came with the scooter was delivered. This carburetor was perfect for my Icebear Hawkeye 150cc scooter.

Great for BBK Big Bore Kit from 49cc to 100cc Improved carburetor for maximum performance, a few tweaks

I love how this 24mm carb works with my Big Bore Kit from 49cc to 100cc is working. A stock 49cc carburetor held the scooter back. This 24mm carburetor came with 35 pilot jets and 98 main jets. I've been experimenting with jet sizes and now I have a 100 main jet and a 44 pilot jet in the carburetor. It works fine, but in the future I will install a larger main jet. My scooter's top speed now is about 40 mph on flat roads in Southwest Florida. I would like to point out that if you buy a 24mm…
