Another fantastic pair of sunglasses AO

Having had two pairs of these glasses (one from the 1950s and the other from a local army shop) I knew what I was buying and this new one couple fit me. don't disappoint. AO quality, green glass lenses and fast shipping

Pros
  • Lens width: 52mm
Cons
  • Pretty much everything is fine

Better than RayBan in sunglasses and eyewear accessories

At first I wanted to get myself a pair of aviator goggles but they don't fit everyone and their moms who own RayBans and they fit perfectly. I had a pair of polycarbonate lenses and they are much better, the design and the quality of the materials are noticeably better. They also have a finish on the back of the lens that your eyes look through that eliminates glare and specular reflection, which is a really cool and effective feature. Although they are heavy so you can tell the company is…

Pros
  • One-piece strap for durability and style. A streamlined hinge system opens and closes the temples and locks the lens in place without the need for a rim lock. This hinge design creates a sleek look that keeps your field of vision open. Expect a smooth finish

Great gift for pilots

I bought these for my husband to wear while he flies our small plane. He sometimes wears a helmet but he wears chunky headphones all the time so the flat arms of the glasses are perfect as they fit snugly around the head without creating extra pressure when the headset is also on. . However, he tends to lose his sunglasses so I gave him strong warning as they are expensive!

Pros
  • Domestic 23k gold plated hypoallergenic metal frame
Cons
  • Repair

Reconnecting with an Old Friend

I was given a pair of sunglasses in Vietnam in 1968. I remember the name of the glasses but never paid much attention to it. After a year of service, I returned home with the same glasses and wore them for many years. Like your favorite slippers, glasses have become a part of me. But unfortunately the glasses got old over time, dimpled glass lenses and the fit was no longer the same. RIP American Optical and I went with different brands All good glasses but something was missing, this old shoe…

Pros
