    Does the job in my review

    I bought this to replace my old 24" Gateway monitor which unfortunately had water damage. Compared to that old outdated monitor, this monitor is not up to date. I bought the updated version to save some money , and everything was perfect; there were no scratches on the screen, the cables and stand were intact with no cracks or serious damage. The monitor works great! That's where the good ends. Compared to my old Gateway monitor, this monitor has none nice bright colors. Actually the colors are

    It arrived damaged! I just complained!

    I received this product today and it arrived damaged! The monitor screen arrived a little warped/domed, also it has a small space in the middle of the top of the monitor where you can see the light inside! Do not buy from this seller/seller!

    Cannot be installed on the monitor arm

    I bought it to install on a dual monitor setup, but it has a huge piece of plastic built in that's attached to the bottom with tiny screws that you can't remove. i will return it It has mounting holes on the back but has a built-in kickstand. Terrible.

    Second monitor in my review

    I needed another 27 inch AOC monitor for my dual setup. It was great to use. Simply straight out of the box. An HDMI cable was also included. The resolution isn't that bright, but I don't care because I'm happy with my purchase.

    A solid value buy for general use, not gaming.

    Okay, so I spent a lot of time comparing and buying monitors before settling on this one (although I did get them "refurbished" from Amazon for about $85 each). But I wanted to share my opinion. 1.) First of all THIS IS NOT a gaming monitor that you need something at 144Hz which is the new normal. It's 75Hz max. 2.) This is a standard 1080p monitor, which is perfect for most people. I know, I know everyone is crazy about 4K, and if you have the money to drop 3x or 4x on a 4K monitor, do it, but

    Great price and good picture

    I bought a matching pair for home use. You are everything I need (and more). Not fancy and probably not fast enough for an avid gamer, they are bright, crisp and perfect for everything I need. I can also notice a difference in eye strain between these monitors and my old LCD monitor. These are way better.
