This works well if you have water stations on long runs to fill up. Otherwise, it really doesn't retain enough water to stay hydrated in the long run.

I was so excited to use this on my run! The bladder holds a decent amount of water and the material feels firm. Unfortunately one of the zippers broke before I even started.

This is a great hydration bag with a comfortable handle and spout. Our dog was attracted to them after my son husband ran away and chewed on a few. So we keep buying more. Great for the avid runner.

I have returned 2 purchased. The main problem my daughter and I have with them is that they are kind of dead weight and you have to hold on to them. It quickly becomes uncomfortable when running. We also both found the thumb hole uncomfortable and uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. After all, it doesn't fit all 17 oz. as described.

I liked other products from this brand, but I don't like this one. The strap wraps around your hand, but because the bottle is soft and foldable, it's difficult to hold onto. You must keep the bottle active. Otherwise it will not stick to your hand. Also, the bite valve was very stiff. It might loosen up after being hacked, but I don't think I'll be using it again.

I bought this great bottle carrier for long runs and hikes. That's incredible! So much positivity! The bottle is collapsible, so I pour Gu tea hydration powder into it and then add water. This bottle is easy to mix. Because the bottle is collapsible, I can slip it into a purse and still fit my phone, FBombs, gum and gum or beef jerky in the handy extra pocket on the outside of my arm. It was such a great purchase!
