Lid made of durable material. It looks good and works well. It's really weatherproof. What I don't understand is that the "adjustable straps" aren't long enough to wrap the entire unit. In my case I had to make adjustments to make it work. I wonder if the designer actually installed it himself. A small saving in material means nothing, but causes a lot of trouble for the user.

I have to report that I ordered an Air Conditioner Cover and was very disappointed. First there was a tear of about 2 inches in one of the seams. I figured I could make up for this by tying and bridging the seam/tear as I wrapped it around the conditioner.
