The visual representation of the structure and flow of work. It's not very intuitive when you don't know how to use it but once you do you will find there are many functions that help you out in day-to-day projects. I like how easy it was to set up all of my projects in one place so i could keep track easily! It's not as intuitive at some other platforms out there but if you're used using google docs or word then this should be no problem either way!! Very user friendly system- just get yourself comfortable enough w/it before jumping into any features which may seem complex initially (but really isn't).
