Raise the sockets!

I use this on my vertical desktop and I love it! I had to glue it down as the spring compressor wasn't strong enough for the thinner MDF shelf but was essential. I can plug in whatever I need without an extension cord. Great idea implemented!

Pros
  • It's fun
Cons
  • Some bugs

Great 6-way power strips and surge protector

Great product! I was a bit skeptical about this product as there were no reviews for the U 6 version. so, let's go. :) I have mine in black and charge my computer, phone, bluetooth headphones, desk lamp, etc. USB ports and everything works great. The cable is 6 feet long. Attached to my desk, it's a little easy to move, but it won't fall off, so don't worry. This is a really great product, I've had no problems.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Compatibility

Network filter with advantage!

Ideal for cable management due to its shape. Just pull it back a bit and run the cords/cords across the room and then slide it back in. The desk mount is solid. And you can't go wrong by choosing an APC product, which I think is a pretty reliable and good product. Very handy and the best little surge protector I've found. I'm not sure how long this spring will last and how long it will all hold together, but we'll see.

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • Expensive

Disappointing quality

I bought this because it had an interesting shape and could conveniently fit USB charging ports and AC plugs onto my desk surface. I've had it for about 6 months now. The problems started when the USB C to USB C charging port died. I have tested several cables but the connection does not work. Then one of the two old-school USB ports failed. Same, working cables, no power. The device is now limited to 1 USB charging port and that just isn't enough to justify desk space. Really bad quality from…

Interference and clipping issues

This product would not "hold" on my desk. Any light touch would cause it to slip or fall (the table top is about 1 3/4 inches thick. It won't stay on the table by itself - if you have items on either side it will just slide off. The Biggest Drawback, The one I encountered was when I plugged my iPad directly into the USB ports for charging. This went away when I plugged the charging head device directly into an outlet, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of USB ports?

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Doesn't charge MacBook Pro through USB-C port

When I charge my MacBook Pro through the USB-C port, my computer won't charge! The computer makes noises like it's being charged. The battery status at the top right of the computer menu shows that it is charging. but actually it doesn't charge my computer. This will be my second session of theirs so I'm pretty sure it's not just a one off thing. I was disappointed after the second device saw my computer's battery percentage actually going wrong even though the gauge showed my computer was…

Works very well with accessories and supplies

This powerhouse works great for me. I have tried several other devices with and without clips but this design is great as it fits perfectly in the back of my desk which stays tidy. I ordered a second one and now I have all the equipment connected to the UPS in one station and in all others. at the second station. a spring-loaded arm inside that keeps it "attached," rather loosely attached to the table. I added a small piece of tape at the end to secure it even more as I often walk around the…

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Pros
  • Extension cord and surge protector
Cons
  • Other Other

It looked like a good way to put the main switch on the table and there was a mess of wires underneath. The mount was also pretty solid. I use it daily to turn off my monitor/computer/speakers to avoid low power consumption. I've used 3 of these surge protectors before and all 3 failed the same way (2 devices with USB A + USB C and 1 device with USB A only). The switch has failed on every unit I've had - they all started making electrical noises, buzzing, crackling, or shorting out after about…

Designed for versatility but has very limited downsides

Overall performance is very good and I have no complaints about the quality of the product. But as interesting as the product seemed to be in my mind for a home office setup, I was a little disappointed in its versatility. Plan A) Attach to the table: I'm using a vintage table that I like, but as a real piece of furniture, the table was too thick for a power plant. Plan B) Attach to monitor stand. Well it can go there, but I lost access to one side of the stubs (-3 stubs) and became a messy…
