Does the job, fish love it

I was a little apprehensive about this purchase based on reviews mentioning that the water is cloudy and the fish don't eat the built in feed. Fortunately, none of these things happened. Since each pyramid can support 5 fish for 3 days, I sawed off half of the pyramid and threw it into my aquarium with 2 goldfish. (Half) of the block broke up in 3 days and both fish survived the weekend! The water was slightly cloudy, but nothing unmanageable. Maybe the filter system helped. The fish seem to…

My fish looked at it.

My kids have two goldfish in the same tank. We were on vacation at Disney, so obviously I couldn't afford someone to come by and check on the fish for a week. Then came the Amazons and those wonderful little cinder blocks made out of fish food. I quickly threw one in the aquarium and it sank to the bottom and stayed there like a ready-to-eat Easter ham. My fish were happy!

What a great product! I was very concerned that my daughter's new fish would not survive our holiday but they did a great job! I returned home after 11 days of vacation, our fish were happy and the water was clear. (Slightly cloudier than usual at the top of the water but clear throughout the pool.
