The customer service was fantastic! Our account manager had been with us for over two years before we hired them to help set up our system so they knew exactly how things worked (and didn't work). They were very proactive about finding ways around issues that arose during implementation or integration into existing systems; this saved me time as well because I did not have an IT department at my disposal when it came down between their recommendations vs what already existed within SAP Business

I like that we can use it to upload data from other systems (like SAP) into our own system without having those separate databases or applications - very useful for large companies with lots of different products/systems! Easy-to understand interface which makes training new users quick & simple!! We have used this software since 2009 so there are some features you may not need but if they do exist then great.
