Exactly what I needed.

I bought these not knowing how strong they would be; I made a memory game for Sunday school kids. They were the perfect size and I believe they will hold up to repeated use. I would buy this product again. [All of our local school supply stores have closed - so nice to find them online]

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Protection

Nice size and lots of work

Have drawn a few different things with markers and so far am very happy with how the blending and shading is working. It doesn't require as many layers as marker paper, but no wonder - it's not marker paper! It does allow for a bit of shading though, which is great, and I really like that it doesn't have too much glitter because I don't want too much glitter.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Some flaws

Efficient packaging and many uses

I like the way they are packaged. Four packs of evenly divided cards in a deck. Simple but effective. They've kept them safe and sound during transit and they appear to be quite durable - not flimsy but still flexible. Maybe the same feel as a Walmart branded deck of cards, but matte instead of glossy. I can't wait to play with my art projects! I plan to use them as inlays for my logo on my products that I sell.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Good cards but not exactly what I need

Works great. I think if you are looking for playing cards they will fit. I wanted them for painting and sculpting and their texture just wasn't right for that. It's a very smooth surface (like a playing card as the description says). I think because they were empty I expected them to be easier to describe. Much of my ink smears and smudges easily. I got it working and when I let it dry it works fine.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • So-so

I was hoping that by ordering cards with a "matte" finish they would be easy to draw and color in. We are creating a family game and our playing cards have multicolored animated characters. We have found that crayons and colored pencils do not work with these cards. The markers are clearly visible but easily smudged - even 3 weeks after being colored. (We used Crayola markers) We need to cover the cards with laminating paper to play with them.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Great cards! for games and accessories

When painting you need about 5+ coats for a deep colour, but 1 coat is fine if you want a light shade. The yellow color of the bottom map above is 1 layer, while the red back and front of the other 3 map images have at least 4 color layers. They're beautiful and durable, and stickers tend to stick to them well. it also dries in a reasonable time, one coat should dry after you paint about 60 of it. I didn't time it. I used it to create the ground, event, item, and omen cards for a homemadeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Hard to say

Many uses! - Standard decks of playing cards

I use these small cards for various art projects. Thick and strong enough to make reusable cards or games, they are also perfect for making decorative name tags for your dining table. My daughter loves to use them to create inspirational postcards with messages and famous quotes for her bulletin board. The card itself has some kind of coating, but it's still matte. I've written on them with a variety of pens and markers and the cards take almost all types of ink very well; Markers and markersโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Grand Prize
Cons
  • Small Repairability
