Great platform - even better Customer Support

AppG's customer support team is very helpful. They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns I have. The dashboard is easy to navigate. It was difficult at first getting used to it, but now it's not so hard. It does sometimes take a while for all of my campaigns to update, so it can be slow if you're trying to get real-time analytics. We're using app growing primarily as a tool to run our mobile marketing campaigns. We're able to track our KPIs and use that to make improvements…

  • Has great reporting capabilities both standard reports & custom report creation tools.
  • Can create specific audiences within your accounts/campaigns (which we really need)
  • Very good contact response times from their own staff
  • Easy access via email links provided by them when they ask too many follow up emails without reply!

  • Sometimes takes time updating account information / salesforce org records

Good platform/tool used mainly during competitions

The best thing about AppGrowing Global was that it's a free application to use and provides you with valuable insights into your competitors' ads performance. It can also be integrated into Google AdWords account in order to get more targeted information. App growing global doesn't provide any other services apart from viewing competitor advertisements so I do not recommend them too much if they are only looking out to view their competitors campaigns as well. As of now I think this tool lacks…
