They brought me the wrong charger, they brought me an old Mac Book charger and they don't want to replace it, the Mac Book was fine

Paid 15 inch MacBook Pro with 16 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. I have a 15" Pro with 16 GB RAM and 500 GB storage! This computer is in excellent condition for repair. Looks almost new, only the bottom part and the "A" key have slight wear. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm incredibly happy to have gotten more than what I paid for, at an INCREDIBLE price!* Before buying, read the model's specifications (after inspection it shows the 2017 model - indeed is this the 2016 model)

The MacBook I received had a large notch on the side and the speakers worked fine. It also took a very long time to get my refund. I'm not sure I would recommend this company's refurbished Macs.

Bought for our daughter who is a first year student. She was so excited when she saw this. It meets all the necessary properties and even more!

When we received the product it looked fine but it only lasted a month and the lines on the screen appeared about 2 weeks ago. It seems to be getting worse and I don't know what to do.

Arrived with SEVERAL dents, scratches, keyboard issues, including universal charger that doesn't work. And idk why can't I upload photos and you can see it. DO NOT BUY HERE ANY MORE.

This is my first Apple computer and I am amazed at how much faster it is than my HP. I was nervous there would be scratches and dents as it was refurbished but it is in excellent condition. Works great and looks even better. Very happy with it!

The product works great but arrived dirty. Dust in the speakers, dirt on the top and bottom of the laptop, and fingerprints all over the screen. Not a very good first impression - expected more from Revain. It would also be helpful if the information included the year the product was released. The image suggests it was Mojave (2018), but when I got it, it was actually a 2016 release.

I bought a Macbook Pro, it worked for 4 months and broke. I was hoping there was a way to get help, but I'm at a loss. There should be some sort of guarantee to fix the problem after the 90 day return period is over.
