iPad works very well! Needed an update and all apps work, my iPad had no cosmetic damage which was a plus! It's just a little heavy even before I put my daughter's new suitcase on it. I have 4 other iPads at home and this is the heaviest although the smallest. It's not a big problem, just warn other buyers. It arrived very quickly and the packaging was well done. I recommend!

I have ordered one for each of my children and they were all shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected. There were no visible scratches or stains and all my kids love them! That is a lot. Only complaint is you can't download Netflix but my kids are more into YouTube so they don't even notice.

We couldn't justify buying a new one for kids ages 2-6, we have a long journey ahead of us and we knew we would eventually will need some screen time that was great! Can't say it's not new, I'll probably buy another one when it comes back in stock.

I bought this tablet for my 2 year old daughter, we bought it for my son a few years ago and it's perfect for when they grow up. Have all parental controls and the ability to turn on internet access until needed. Works great and is great for the little ones.

I brought two of these tablets for my 2 year old and 4 year old to replace the ones school gave them. love it firstly the company ships them with a screen protector and case which is great as it was brought for 2 kids secondly there was a full set of contact info in the package in case the pads got naughty love a company, which communicates too much and finally my kids have been using it continuously and after a week no problems I highly recommend

Great service and willing to accept my return because it wasn't working properly. The screen kept shaking and I couldn't even open the App Store to upload my apps to it. Very good and polite and fast customer service.

I bought this for my 7 year old who I don't think wanted the most modern $400 version. So far there have been no problems. He also used it for an online school. I'm glad I made this purchase!
