The packaging shows that the device is refurbished. Sometimes it doesn't sync to the TV right away. For the price it seems ok.

Works correctly including the voice interface. I would give it a 5 but it randomly loses connection about once a week. It's not that hard to reinstall though. And I no longer have to use an annoying app on my phone to replace the remote that I dropped on the concrete floor.

Pairing with TV is inconsistent. You have to reconnect it several times a day without turning off the TV. When paired, the power was always on, but occasionally the TV would say something else. Very happy to finally find my original remote under the section because it was a disappointing replacement which I would NOT recommend.

I have a QN75Q65FN, Apple TV, and Visio soundbar, and this remote doesn't stay paired with the TV. When I plug it in, it doesn't work at all with the Apple TV or Visio Soundbar. You should reconnect it about every 10 minutes when not in use. I'm lucky to have my original remote working again, but I need to find another one as a backup.
