Good product, easy set ups and effective for dealing with remote working issues

I like that they are able to monitor my computers remotely through their software so if there is any suspicious activity it will be picked up quickly by IT staff before anything bad happens or gets out into public domain- which can happen very easily when you work from home! There isn't much more than this but overall its good enough as long as your not too picky about what features you need then everything should just 'work'.   • They're quick & efficient in solving problems.
  • The support team responds promptly with fixes for issues (even those outside normal business hours)
  • Service levels reflect actual service delivered rather thaN marketing promises made elsewhere
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
