I bought my Fluke 117 from Tequipment a few years ago and it came with a free zip case for the unit. After some use the zippers broke so I needed a new case. I was originally going to pick one with foam around it but found this one instead and went with it as it looked nice and smaller. Indeed it was! This case is perfect for Fluke 113-117! The construction is a little sloppy with a lot of threads sticking out, but it feels solid. There is no excessive play at the edges of the gauge and it does not choke it. Good quality rubber bands. One is enough to keep it in place. My only real issue with this is that the accessory pouch zipper lands right on top of some of the counter-marks. Over time, this mark will undoubtedly be erased. Fluke test tools are quite nicely designed but I beat my old test tool to death by simply tossing it in a canvas tool bag. The meter was dented and the display was really scratched. Also, my test leads kept getting tangled with a pair of pliers and two other tools in my tool bag. Bought a new gauge and decided to treat it better. I was looking for a case for a different model to the one this case was designed for. All I needed to know was the inside dimensions of the case to know if mine would fit. The description does not give inaccurate packaging dimensions, which I did not use, but the question arises as to the internal dimensions.
