Product specs are inaccurate

I was looking for a case for a different model to the one this case was designed for. All I needed to know was the inside dimensions of the case to know if mine would fit. The description does not give inaccurate packaging dimensions, which I did not use, but the question arises as to the internal dimensions. The seller replied: 7.4 x 3.9 x 2.9, which should match my gauge, which measures 7.25. x 3.5 x 2. When the box arrived my meter didn't even come close. The internal dimensions of the case is a somewhat misleading question. The case is in two halves and your meter should fit in one half of the case, while cables and accessories fit in a zippered pocket in the top half. One half of the case measures 6.5 x 3.25 x 1.25 (the case with the zipper on the top half is recessed about 0.25" so the usable depth is 1.5". For this case to work, so your gauge must be less than or equal to 6.5 x 3.25). x1.5. I'm assuming the seller's native language isn't English and he doesn't understand the inside dimensions. I don't think the seller is intentionally trying to mislead people, but his English communication skills are very poor, so don't believe the technical specifications of this product published by the seller. You need to hire native English speakers to communicate in English. Otherwise, if your counter fits, the product seems like a really good case. If my counter fits I would give 5 stars but since it doesn't and it's the seller's fault I'll give 2 stars.
