Best analytics tool for tracking and improving productivity

The best thing about aproma ore software that I like most is its ability to find out what causes bottlenecks in processes at all levels from high-level KPIs down to low-level tasks or subprocesses. It helps me understand how my team's activities affect key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as the overall efficiency of our organization. There isn't anything bad here - it does exactly what you need! Sometimes there can be some lag time while loading data but this doesn’t happen very often…

Pros
  • Allows managers, employees etc., see where they stand against peers
  • Ability for individuals under manager approval/supervision
  • Great way keep an eye over people who regularly slack off
Cons
  • Some problems

Best performing process modelling tool available

The ability to model complex processes using UML diagrams makes it easier than ever before in getting buy-in from stakeholders when looking at improving operational efficiency or customer experience. It's also excellent if you're working with someone who has little knowledge about BPM but needs some help visualising how their systems work together. There isn't anything I dislike as much! You need quite good technical skills to use this software effectively though - so make sure that your team…

Pros
  • Great way keep track/modeling business process, especially across different departments.
  • Easy interface & intuitive design means no training is required (which often causes issues)
Cons
  • Nothing really comes up here
